Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: typically 3–8 business days with standard shipping.
  • International: typically 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control may occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.
